This notice explains what BIG GS DEV LTD collects when you use Vesnoro (vesnoro.com), why, and what you can do about it. In this notice "EEA" means the member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area, and for the purposes of this notice it also includes the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

What we collect

Account data — your email address, a hashed password, and the name you enter for a certificate. Learning data — which lessons you opened and finished, test results, listening time, streaks, badges and certificates. Sign-up quiz data — your answers, which quiz screens you open and for how long, the plan you pick, and the link or ad that brought you (for example its utm tags). Payment data — handled by our payment provider — we receive the fact and status of a payment, never your card number. Technical data — IP address and browser type in server logs; on the sign-up pages also the device type, browser, operating system, language and an approximate location (country and city) worked out from your IP address. We keep that location, not the IP address, with the quiz data.

Why we use it

To give you access to what you paid for, to remember where you stopped, to issue certificates, to answer support requests, and to keep the service secure. We also use the sign-up quiz data to see which pages and ads bring people who find Vesnoro useful, and — only as described under "Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)" — to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. We do not sell personal data for money, and we never send Meta your quiz answers, your lessons or your learning progress.

Sharing

With our hosting and payment providers, acting on our instructions; with Meta Platforms when advertising cookies are on (see below); and where the law requires. A certificate you choose to share becomes public at its own link and shows only the name, the course and the date of issue — never your email.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)

On our sign-up pages — the landing page, the quiz and checkout — we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When this is on, Meta receives: that a page was viewed and, when they happen, that an email was entered (Lead), that checkout was opened (InitiateCheckout) and that a plan was bought (Purchase, with the plan and its price); Meta's own cookies in your browser (_fbp, _fbc); your IP address and browser type; and a scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) form of your email address and of a random visitor ID. Meta never receives your quiz answers, your lessons or your learning progress.

We and Meta are jointly responsible for collecting and sending this data; what Meta does with it afterwards is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).

In the EEA it is off until you allow it in the banner. Elsewhere it is on unless you turn it off — use "Privacy choices" at the bottom of the sign-up pages at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as turning it off. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Retention

While your account exists, and as long as tax and accounting law requires payment records. Delete your account and learning data goes with it. Sign-up quiz analytics are deleted after 180 days.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Traffic runs over HTTPS. Course audio is served through single-use signed links tied to your account.

International transfers

We are established in Cyprus, in the European Union, and our servers are in the European Union. Some providers we use — for example, to deliver email, or Meta for advertising measurement — process data outside the European Economic Area; for those transfers we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on the Standard Contractual Clauses — ask support for a copy.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland

Our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you (access, progress, certificates); our legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention, and understanding how our sign-up pages perform, without advertising cookies); and your consent where it is asked for, including advertising cookies. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to support@vesnoro.com and we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

If you are in California

This section adds detail required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and applies only to California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. When advertising cookies are on, sending the data described under "Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)" to Meta may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out at any time with the "Privacy choices" link at the bottom of our sign-up pages — this is our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choice — and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. You may send any CCPA request to support@vesnoro.com, and we verify it against the email address on the account. Under California's Shine the Light law you may request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we make no such disclosures.

If you are elsewhere in the United States

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and Texas — have equivalent rights to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of their data, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal a refused request. Opt out of targeted advertising with the "Privacy choices" link on our sign-up pages or a Global Privacy Control signal; for anything else use the same address above. If we refuse a request you may appeal by replying to our answer.

If you are in Canada

We handle personal information in line with PIPEDA. You may ask for access to your information and challenge its accuracy, and you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in; small first-party cookies that remember your place in the sign-up quiz, your quiz version, your privacy choice and the link you came from (utm tags); and we store your language and theme choice. Meta Pixel sets its advertising cookies (_fbp, _fbc) only when advertising cookies are on — see "Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)".

Children

The service is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
